The air conditioning is effective and the room is clean. Convenient location near the bus station and plenty of nearby dining options. The staff is friendly and efficient. The cleanliness of the room, lobby, and floor is outstanding. Quiet atmosphere with no disruptive noise. Close to a mini-market for convenience. Good work table and lighting in the room and bathroom. Excellent towels provided. Custom-made shrine honoring deceased guests adds a special touch.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Hector and Michelle at the front desk. They went above and beyond to assist us with our queries and provided us with answers and solutions. The quality of the rooms, including the beds, was excellent and offered great value for the rate. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a 3-minute walk to downtown and 7 minutes to the busy bus stop. It was also easy to reach the beaches within 40 minutes by bus, costing less than a dollar. Additionally, the hotel offered tours to places like Chichen Itza, which included pick-up from the hotel.
We felt totally at home during our stay, with no complaints about the hotel.

The hotel was clean and the room had all the basic amenities I needed, including cable TV and towels. The staff were reliable and honest, making my stay hassle-free. Despite the lack of windows in the room, everything else made up for it. The hotel was affordable, especially during a sale, and the nearby local restaurant served delicious enchiladas. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

The location is perfect, surrounded by great restaurants and just a short walk from the bustling bus station. The room is clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom that has all the necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
The breakfast options are quite limited, consisting only of a glass of juice, coffee, and two slices of toast.

Cleanliness and excellent cleanliness of the room, lobby, and floor. Location near the main bus station and close to Yachilan avenue with many restaurants. Close to a nice traditional Mexican market. Helpful staff who provided guidance and taxi services.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is located right in the centre and is very convenient for exploring the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed, including free toiletries and a flat-screen TV. We also appreciated the on-site dining options and the beach access provided.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with family.
